During my internship in the Siebel CRM LABs Team I have implemented, developed and administered CELWiki, a collaborative wiki that provides useful information for Service Engineers in solving Service Requests for Siebel clients. Built on top of a LAMP architecture (Linux - Oracle Enterprise Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP), CELWiki contains tested and verified tutorials for configuring a multitude of software products like LDAPs, web servers, FTP servers, database servers, Linux environments, Windows environments, virtualization tools, etc.
