I have managed to handle the situation, but not in a very elegant way. And I have tried an alternative, like AdBrite, but their CPC rates were so small that I decided to give it up. I am still using Chitika for traffic coming from search engines (but only from US, Canada and UK). Otherwise, in the same place an Adsense ad will appear.

Me: God hates you!
You: No she doesn't!
Me: Yes she does...

This is the proof :P
